Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary Professor of Business Analytics
I'm a Professor of Business Analytics at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary. My expertise centers on the intersection of technology and people. Over the past 20 years, I have focused on how people feel about the technology they use and how technologies, such as mobile apps and social media, can improve people's experiences. My expertise centers on how those with differing abilities interact with technologies. Additionally, my research has expanded into the diversity of the IT workforce, including women and those with disabilities. Additionally, I serve as the Principal Investigator on a three-year, $1 million National Science Foundation ADVANCE grant, "ImPACT: Increasing the Participation and Advancement of Women in Information Technology" (
